Graphics for [livejournal.com profile] gameofcards Challenge 8x16: 10 Things I Love About you.
Description: Top 10 most scrobbled artists from my Last.FM profile (as of today).

Edit: Full size items will be added in later, please check back - Photobucket resized all my HD size things to much smaller.
I investigated, it's a site maintenance issue according to PB's blog, not a change to my account, the full sized images should be back by tomorrow. For now I put the missing ones at the bottom of the page.

Graphics for [livejournal.com profile] tv_universe Challenge 10.04: One Song.
Description: Create a tv show fanwork featuring your "one song."

I don't have a "one-song."  At least not yet. I listen to & love so many songs. Depending on what mood I'm in I'll listen to different songs. I certainly don't have a "one-song" I feel deeply over and have linked to a TV series.
So this isn't a song I have a long history with, I don't remember hearing this song until 2014 when I watched every episode of Absolutely Fabulous. It plays in the background for a few bars of a scene that has Eddy getting dressed for the day in her eccentric ensemble from one of my favorite episodes "Poor" from series two. Anyways, long story short I liked the song from that scene, the opening guitar part sounded like "Spirit in the Sky" but I knew it wasn't. I must have looked in the credits and found it was "My Coo-Ca-Choo" from 1973 by U.K. glam rock/pop musician Alvin Stardust who at the time was recently deceased.
It's such a fun & kooky song, I've listened to it so many times now (not counting the times I've watched the episode over & over again)!  Thanks to Ab Fab, I also discovered the music of Lulu & PP Arnold via them being guest stars. I already knew about Marianne Faithfull's existence but I didn't listen to her music until recently either.

I spent far too much time trying for find an authentic Seventies style font. I wound up using a brand new font instead but the alternate has a Hippie font.
